And don’t forget to FOLLOW for more next-level Italian recipes! 🇮🇹🔥 Antipasto Bouquet Ingredients: 4 oz Genoa salami 4 oz pepperoni 4 oz provolone cheese 2 oz capicolla 4–6 fresh strawberries Pearl mozzarella balls Mesclun mix (for decoration) Toothpicks Parchment paper Line a medium-sized bowl with parchment paper, fanning it out to resemble floral wrapping. Place a smaller bowl inside to hold the parchment in place while assembling. Using a wide-rimmed glass, layer slices of Genoa salami over the rim, folding each piece slightly and overlapping them as you go. Continue until the rim is fully covered. Carefully flip the glass over to release a perfectly shaped salami rose. Repeat this process with the pepperoni and capicolla. Each 4 oz portion of meat will yield approximately two roses. Arrange four slices of provolone, overlapping them halfway. Slice down the center to create two sets of half-moon pieces. Roll each set tightly and secure with a toothpick to form delicate cheese curls. Thread three pearl mozzarella balls onto each toothpick to resemble a small cluster of baby's breath. Slice each strawberry in half. Cut a small triangle from the top to create a heart shape. Spread mesclun leaves around the bowl to create a fresh, natural base. Arrange the salami, pepperoni, and capicolla roses throughout. Place the provolone curls strategically around the bouquet. Fill in any gaps with mozzarella skewers and strawberry hearts. Adjust placements as needed for a balanced, beautiful display.
